Q: If I order a custom piece of furniture, when will it be ready?

A: The length of time it takes to have a piece of furniture built depends on the specific manufacturer. You can typically expect your order to take approximately 1-8 weeks.


Q: How is your furniture constructed?

A: We only sell solid wood furniture. We do not use MDF, particle board or pressboard. Most of our furniture is made to order using your choice of solid maple, oak or pine. Other wood species are also available by quotation. All drawers are dovetailed and most come with a choice of drawer glides.

Q: How do I care for my leather furniture?

Q: How do I care for my new mattress?

A: Keep your mattress protected with a good quality mattress protector. Launder your sheets and mattress protector regularly. Rotate your mattress regularly.


Q: Do you have a delivery service?

A: Yes, we offer a delivery service as well as a set up service. Our delivery team is part of our staff and is very experienced and knowledgeable. Please contact us for pricing or see in store for details. Alternatively, you may also pick up your order from our warehouse.


Q: How do I dispose of my old mattress?

A: If you are purchasing a new mattress from us, we offer a donation or disposal service of your existing mattress. Please contact us for pricing or see in store for details.
